Registered Valuer
Market value assessment, required for home loans and for NRIs paying TDS

RERA-Licensed Real Estate Agent

CA / Tax Advisor (for NRI purchases)
TDS on purchase from NRI seller (Section 194-IA for resident, different for NRI seller). DTAA advice, capital gains planning.
ICAI registered CAs. Many NRI tax advisory firms in metros.
