To exercise your GDPR rights (access, erasure, portability, rectification), or for any privacy-related question, email privacy@nritools.com. We respond within 30 days as required under GDPR Art. 12.
What to Include
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- The email address registered with your NRI Tools account.
- A clear description of the issue or question.
- Any relevant reference numbers (payment ID for billing issues, tool name for technical issues).
- Screenshots if applicable — they help us diagnose issues faster.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all queries within 2 business days. Privacy requests are handled within 30 days. We do not currently offer phone or live chat support.

Have a tool idea or a suggestion to improve an existing feature? Email us at support@nritools.com with the subject Feature Request. We read every message and many features have been built directly from user suggestions.
